Ingredients
- 35 ml Kosk Pink Mint Bitter
- 40 g Coconut cream or milk
- 25 g Crushed ice
- 100 ml Mineral water (if you use coconut milk, then less water)
Method
Dip the rim of a champagne saucer or martini glass into red juice/syrup and then into caster sugar to create a bright pink, frosted rim. Shake the cocktail ingredients with ice and strain into the prepared glass
