The Pink Lady hails from an era preceding the First World War, bearing a name bestowed upon her by a hit stage play.


  • 35 ml Kosk Pink Mint Bitter
  • 40 g Coconut cream or milk
  • 25 g Crushed ice
  • 100 ml Mineral water (if you use coconut milk, then less water)


Dip the rim of a champagne saucer or martini glass into red juice/syrup and then into caster sugar to create a bright pink, frosted rim. Shake the cocktail ingredients with ice and strain into the prepared glass
